Orders & Custom Designs

Can I order a fully custom design?

Yes! Custom orders are welcome. Just get in touch with your idea and I'll let you know what's possible. Whether it's a specific character, logo, or personal design, I'll do my best to make it happen.

What file format do I need for a custom design?

High resolution PNG or PDF files work best. The higher the quality of the image you provide, the better the final print will look. If you're unsure, just send what you have and I'll advise.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders typically take 3–7 business days to produce, depending on complexity. I'll always keep you updated on progress.

Can I see a proof before it's printed?

Yes — for custom orders I can send a digital proof for your approval before printing begins.

Products

Are the prints permanent?

Yes. All products are UV printed, meaning the design is cured directly onto the surface and is permanent. It won't peel, fade, or wash off under normal use.

Are the products waterproof?

They are waterproof under normal conditions — splashes and condensation from drinks are fine. However, they're not designed to be submerged or put in a dishwasher.

What's the difference between the ceramic and slate coasters?

The ceramic coasters have a flat, smooth UV printed surface and work well as functional coasters. The slate coasters feature a raised 3D textured UV print, which gives them a more artistic, tactile feel — they're better suited as display or collector's pieces rather than everyday coasters.

Can the products be damaged?

Like any physical product, they can be damaged if dropped or handled roughly. Ceramic can crack or chip, and slate can break if dropped. The print itself is very durable under normal use.

Shipping & Collection

Do you offer local collection?

Yes! If you're based in or around Hull, you're welcome to collect your order in person. Just message me before ordering to arrange a time.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, UK standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Tracked options are also available for faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently I ship within the UK only. If you're based outside the UK and interested in an order, feel free to get in touch and I'll see what I can do.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Because everything is made to order, I'm unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or there's a fault with the print, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and I'll get it sorted.
