Shipping

All orders are made to order and printed by hand here in Hull, so please allow a little time for your item to be prepared before it ships.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days. During busy periods this may be slightly longer — if you need something urgently, please get in touch before ordering and I'll do my best to help.

Delivery

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • UK Standard: 2–4 business days
  • UK Tracked: 1–2 business days

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Local Collection (Hull)

If you're based in or around Hull, local collection is available. Just message me before ordering to arrange a convenient time.

Returns & Damages

Because every item is custom made to order, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or there's a fault with the print, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and I'll get it sorted — either with a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Lost Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and I'll investigate with the courier.
